What is Helping Boys Thrive?

The Helping Boys Thrive Initiative …

A grassroots movement that brings together professionals and community leaders who are educating and working with boys and young men.

It is our hope, that by increasing awareness we will build momentum in Arizona that will catalyze social change for our children through brain-based, strategies-oriented, professional development on how boys and girls learn and grow differently.

The Helping Boy Thrive Summit…

A one day event held in communities across the Unites States.  It is a positive, life-affirming, science-based, and practically focused professional development and networking event.

The inaugural Arizona Helping Boys Thrive Summit® was held in September 2014.  It was the first of its kind in the state.  The summit brought together Michael Gurian and Dakota Hoyt, national pioneers in the field of boys’ development and local pioneer Tim Wright to help boys, young men, and families.
